| Feeding Instructions: | 1. Wash your hands and the required utensils thoroughly. 2. Take 2 tbsp (approx 30 g) of 'First Solids' Rice and add 225 ml of boiled cooled water. Mix well without any lumps. 3. Add required salt for taste (optional) 4. Place the mixture on stove and stir continously on low flame for 10 - 12 mins until the porridge is cooked well. 5. Remove from stove, close and wait till the porridge cools down to room temperature. Then feed your baby. |
